The Our Birth Way Certified Birth Doula Package

If I am lucky enough for you to elect to become my client, we will meet in person on various occasions! Our first meet-and-greet is simply for us to get to know each other, so that you and your family can decide if I am the right doula for the birth experience you want. This meeting can be held at your home, at a coffee shop in your hometown, or any number of comfortable locations. There is no fee for this time spent getting to know each other! After this preliminary meeting, if you choose my services, I ask that you reserve my time and services with a deposit and we sign a contract together. This can be through email or through the mail! And… Congratulations! I get to be your birth partner, helping you through the process with joy and awe.

The total fee for my services includes the following experiences:

• One face-to-face meeting during the second trimester of your pregnancy.
• One face-to-face meeting during the third trimester of your pregnancy.
  • I recommend that one of these visits include a trip to your expected place of delivery, with the chance for your medical care providers and I to meet each other.
• My on-call status beginning 2 weeks before your due date and continuing until the birth of your baby. This includes nearly unlimited 24/7 phone and email availability for advice and concerns (or if you just need to talk!) and 24/7 physical availability for your labor and birth.
  • I will be there for you during your labor beginning when you ask for my presence. I can meet you at your home in the early stages of labor or I can meet you at your place of birth after labor has advanced. This is entirely up to you! I will be present throughout your entire labor no matter how long or short it lasts. I will remain with you for at least an hour after the birth of your baby!
• One postpartum meeting within the first week after your birth.
• Advice via phone/email contact throughout your pregnancy and after the birth of your child. Years after your birth, you are still welcome to contact me with questions or concerns (limited to regular office hours)!

The Our Birth Way Birth Doula Package (offered for a limited time only!)

Because I am still training with the Birth Arts International Certified Doula Program, I was faced with a dilemma! I wanted to be out there, helping women and people through the birth experience on a professional level but I also wanted to focus on completing my doula certification. I realize that, of course, I can do both simultaneously! For this reason, I am offering an abbreviated version of my services beginning in October of 2015 and ending once my certification is complete. This offer is expected to expire sometime during the summer of 2016, so if you or a loved one is interested, be sure to reserve my services before time runs out!

The cost of this package is less than one-third the cost of the Certified Birth Doula package, and is my way of saying “thank you” for trusting in me and helping Our Birth Way get started in the right, best way! Check out our Pricing page for more information!
